Which area on the island of Oahu, HI., are you located? I'm on my way to your neck of the woods! The outdoor environment offers a wide availability of training locations, both sunny and shady, in nearly every corner of the island. Nature, Hawaii's in particular, provides nothing short of a world-class training facility with breathtaking views.
Your travel time to the training location will undoubtedly be faster than the time to your local gym facility. You won't need to wait around for the leg press machine to be free, nor question yourself if the leg press machine is even what you should be doing! Plus you'll be outside.
I'll bring all the necessary fitness tools to help you best reach your goals. From gymnastic rings, dip bars, battle ropes, kettlebells, dumbbells, resistance bands, parallettes and slam balls, to yoga mats, foam rollers and a whole host of myofascial release tools and plenty more, your goals will be highly accessible at a location moments away.
